Find lively MHK music in Aggieville and more
Manhattan's music scene is dominated by the annual Country Stampede music festival, headed toward 25 years and hosted annually at Tuttle Creek State Park. While the big names that Stampede draws each June are unparalleled, Manhattan pulls in some other great acts, often in Aggieville bars and restaurants in the center of Manhappenin'.
McCain Performance Series features great acts, as 2018-19 brought stalwart acts such as Black Violin, Wynonna, The Hot Sardines, Storm Large and the Manhattan Transfer with Take 6. The Hat, Auntie Mae's and Bluemont Hotel (Aggieville district) are three of the primary venues for live music acts, and Arts in the Park summer series (begins after Memorial Day) also attracts up-and-coming artists.
For up-to-date music acts, stay in-tune with the Aggieville Facebook account.
