Manhattan is quickly becoming a mecca for sports in the Midwest. Each year, thousands of people come to town to view an action packed Wildcat football game, enjoy our many golf courses, or participate in amateur athletic events.

The Manhattan Area Sports Council is actively involved in increasing and promoting those sporting events. The Sports Council is available to assist you in the development of events in our area. Our dedicated staff of professionals can prepare bid proposals, arrange for hotel room blocks, conduct site visits and contact facilities owners.

Our Sports Council members and CVB staff have many years of experience hosting and arranging events. We have worked closely with a variety of organizations and have hosted many tournaments.
