Sunset Zoo

The zoo has averaged 80,000 guests in the last two years, and celebrated a pair of births in 2017 with a red panda and gibbons. Bobcats, leopards, monkeys, cheetahs and chimpanzees are among the inhabitants you'll find on a visit to Sunset Zoo.

Centrally located, just a half-mile off Fort Riley Boulevard and minutes from Downtown Manhattan, the zoo is a great place to spend a day.

    9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • November 1 to March 31
    Noon to 5 p.m.
